4) Getting in touch

When getting in touch with us (e.g. by contact form or email) personal data are collected. Which data are compiled in case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. Such data are stored and used only for answering your request or for getting in touch and the technical administration connected with it.
Legal basis for processing of the data is our justified interest in answering your request pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO. If your getting in touch aims at the conclusion of a contract, the additional legal basis of the processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after the final handling of your request, this is the case if it appears from the circumstances that the facts in question have been cleared up finally, and if no statutory obligations to preserve conflict.

5) Date processing when opening a customer account and for order handling

Pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO personal data are also collected and processed if you give them to us for performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data are compiled can be seen from the respective input forms. Cancellation of your customer account is possible at any time and can be made by a message to the responsible party’s address above. We store and use the data given by you for order handling. After complete settlement of the order or cancellation of your customer account your data will be blocked for preservation periods under tax and commercial laws, and deleted after the expiration of these periods unless you expressly agreed to a further use of your data, or we reserved the right to a further use of your data permitted by law about which we inform you adequately below.

6) Use of your data for direct advertising

Registration for our newsletter
If you register for our email newsletter we will send you regular information about our offers. For sending our newsletter only your email address is absolutely required. Giving possible other data is voluntarily and is used for addressing you personally. For sending the newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that we will send you the email newsletter not before you expressly confirmed that you agree to the sending of the newsletter. We will send you a confirmation email then asking you to click an appropriate link to confirm that you wish to get the newsletter in future.

When activating the confirmation link you give us your consent to the use of your personal data pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a DSGVO. On registration for the newsletter we will store your IP address recorded by the internet service provider (ISP), as well as the date and hour of registration so as to be able to fathom a possible misuse or your email address at a later time. The data we collect upon registration for the newsletter are used exclusively for advertising by way of newsletter. You may cancel the newsletter at
any time by the link earmarked for it or by a corresponding message to the party responsible named at the beginning. After cancellation your email address will be deleted immediately in our newsletter distributor unless you expressly agreed to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to a use of the data going beyond it that is permitted by law and about which you are informed in this statement.

7) Data processing for order handling

7.1 For handing your order we co-operate with the contractor/s mentioned below who assist us in whole or in part with the performance of contracts concluded. Certain personal data are transmitted to these contractors in accordance with the following information.

Within the limits of order handling the personal data compiled by us are passed on to the carrier entrusted with the delivery as far as it is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We transmit your payment data in payments handling to the credit institution employed if it is necessary for the handling of payments. If payment contractors are employed we will inform you explicitly about it below. The legal basis for the transmittal of the data is in this case Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO.

7.2 Transmittal of personal data to carriers

- DHL
If delivery of the goods is made by the carrier DHL (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle Strasse 20, 53113 Bonn) we pass on your email address pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. a DSGVO to DHL prior to the delivery of the goods for arrangement for a delivery date or advice of delivery if you expressly gave your consent to it in the ordering procedure. If not so, we will transmit to DHL, pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO, for delivery only the consignee’s name and the address of delivery. Transmittal is made only as far as it is required for delivery of the goods. In this case a prior arrangement for delivery date with DHL, or the advice of delivery, is impossible.
The consent may be revoked any time with effect for the future to the responsible party named above or to the carrier DHL.

7.3 Employment of payment contractors

- Paypal
When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debiting via PayPal, or, if offered – “Kauf auf Rechnung” (purchase on account) or “Ratenzahlung“ (payment by installments) via PayPal we transmit your payment data in payment handling to PayPal (Europe) S.a r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal”). Transmittal is made pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b DSGVO and only in so far as it is necessary for payment handling.
PayPal reserve the right to carry out a credit rating for the payment modes credit card via PayPal, direct debiting via PayPal, or, if offered – “Kauf auf Rechnung” or “Ratenzahlung” via PayPal. To this end your payment data, if necessary, are transmitted to credit rating agencies pursuant to Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of a justified interest of PayPal to find out your ability to pay.

PayPal use the result of the credit rating with regard to the statistical non-payment probability for deciding on the provision of the respective way of payment. The credit rating may include probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit rating, they are based on a scientifically accepted mathematical-statistical procedure. Among other things but not exclusively, the calculation of the score values will include address data. 8) Use of social media: videos

Use of YouTube videos
This website uses the YouTube embedding function for display and reproduction of videos of the provider “YouTube”, member of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

Here the enlarged data protection mode is used that, according to provider’s information, starts storing of user information not before the reproduction of the video/s. Right to information pursuant to Art. 19 DSGVO:
If you asserted the right to correction, deletion, or limitation of processing to the party responsible, it shall be obligated to inform any and all receivers to whom the personal data concerning you were disclosed of such correction or deletion of the data or limitation of processing unless it is impossible or connected with an unreasonable effort. You are entitled to be informed about such receivers.
Right to data transmissibility pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO:
You are entitled to receive your personal data you made available to us in a structured, common, and machine-readable format, or to demand transmission to another party responsible as far as it is technically feasible;

Right to revocation of consents given pursuant to Art. 7 paragraph 3 DSGVO:
You are entitled to revoke at any time with future effect a consent given once to the processing of data. In case of revocation we will delete the data concerned immediately unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. By the revocation of the consent the lawfulness of the processing made on the basis of the consent until revocation shall not be affected.
Right to complaint pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO:
If you think that the processing of the personal data concerning you violates the DSGVO, you are entitled to complain – without prejudice to other administrative or judicial appeals – with a supervisory authority, especially in the member state of your place of abode, your place of employment, or the place of probable violation.

13.2 RIGHT TO OBJECT

IF WE PROCESS IN A BALANCING OF INTERESTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA BECAUSE OF OUR PREDOMINANT JUSTIFIED INTEREST, YOU SHALL ANY TIME BE ENTITLED TO OBJECT WITH FUTURE EFFECT TO THIS PROCESSING FOR REASONS RESULTING FROM YOUR SPECIAL SITUATION.
IF YOU USE YOUR RIGHT TO OBJECT WE WILL END THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA CONCERNED. HOWEVER, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO FURTHER PROCESSING IF WE CAN ESTABLISH PROOF OF COMPELLING REASONS WARRANTING PROTECTION FOR THE PROCESSING OUTWEIGHING YOUR INTERESTS, FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS, AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, OR IF THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ASSERTION, EXERCISE, OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS.

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ARE PROCESSED BY US FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING, YOU SHALL BE ENTITLED ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSES OF SUCH ADVERTISING. YOU CAN EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

14) Term of storage of personal data

The term of storage of personal data is calculated according to the respective statutory preservation period (e.g. preservation periods under commercial and tax law). After the expiration of the period the respective data are deleted by routine unless they are required any more for performance of contract or initiation of contract and/or there is no justified interest on our side in continuing a storage.
