We store and use the data given by you for contract completion. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account your data are blocked for reason of tax and commercial law preservation periods, after the expiration of such periods the data are deleted unless you expressly agreed to a further use of your data, or  we reserved the right to a further use of the data as permitted by law; you find adequate information about it below.

When getting in touch with us (e.g. by contact form or email) personal data are collected; which data are collected in case of a contact form can be seen from the respective contact form. Such data are exclusively stored and used for answering your inquiry or getting in touch with you and the technical administration connected with it. Your data are deleted after completion of your inquiry if you wish so and no statutory preservation obligations object to the deletion.

In addition, personal data are compiled if you register for our email newsletter. We use these data for our own advertising purposes in the form of our email newsletter if you expressly agreed to it as follows:

2) Transmittal of personal data for order handling

2.1 The personal data collected by us are transmitted in order handling to the carrier entrusted with delivery as far as it is required for the delivery of the goods. In payment handling we pass on your payment data to the entrusted credit institution.

2.2 When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debiting via PayPal, or, if offered – “Kauf auf Rechnung (purchase on account)” via PayPal we transmit your payment data in payment handling to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “PayPal). PayPal reserve the right to carry out a credit rating for the payment modes credit card via PayPal, direct debiting via PayPal, or, if offered – “Kauf auf Rechnung” via PayPal. PayPal use the result of the credit rating with regard to the statistical non-payment probability for deciding on the provision of the respective way of payment. The credit rating may include probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit rating, they are based on a scientifically accepted mathematical-statistical procedure. 3) Cookies

To make the visit to our website attractive and to make possible the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various sites. They are small text files filed on your terminal. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal and enable us or our partner companies to recognize your browser at the next visit (persistent cookies). 4) Use of social plugins

On our website we use so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the bookmarking service AddThis, run by AddThis LLC, Inc., 8000 Westpark Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA (“AddThis”). If you call up one of our websites containing such a plugin, your browser gets directly connected to the AddThis servers. The contents of the plugins are transmitted by AddThis directly to your browser and linked to the site. By the link AddThis get the information that your browser called up the respective site of our websites and store a cookie on your terminal for identification of your browser. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to an AddThis server to the USA and stored there. AddThis use the data for preparation of anonymized user profiles serving as a basis for a personalized and interest-related advertising message to the visitors of websites with AddThis plugins.

5) Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This website uses the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and within the scope of Google AdWords the conversion tracking. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when the user clicks an ad inserted by Google. Cookies are small text files filed on your computer system. These cookies loose validity after 30 days and are not for personal identification. If the user visits certain sites of this website and the cooks has not expired yet, Google and we can see that the user clicked on the ad and was passed on to this site. Any Google AdWords customer gets a different cookie. So cookies cannot be tracked through the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained by means of the conversion cookies serves for drawing up conversion statistics for AdWords customers selecting conversion tracking. The customers are informed of the total number of visitors clicking on their ad and passed on to a site with conversion tracking. However, they do not get any information by which they can identify users personally. 6) Web analysis service

6.1 This website uses Google Analytics, web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics use so-called “cookies”, text files stored on your computer and enabling an analysis of the website use by you. The information produced by the cookies about your use of this website is normally transmitted to a Google server  in the USA and stored there.
When activating the IP anonymization on this website, however,  your IP address is first abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union and in other states party to the convention on the European economic area. Only in special circumstances the full IP address is transmitted to a Goggle server in the USA and shortened there. This website uses retargeting technology of Google Inc. (“Google”).
