You enter into the purchase contract with knopf-boutique.de,

Prices

The prices are final prices and include the legal value added tax to the amount of 19% at present. Further details can be seen from the product sites.

Shipping costs

The products from our range are sent by mail. In case of big quantities and volumes we entrust a forwarding agent.

• From a value of goods of €/GBP 100,-- we send all of the articles free of shipping charges for you in Europe inluding UK.
• In Germany we charge shipping costs of € 3,90 up to a goods value of € 24,99, in case of a goods value from € 25,-- to € 49,99 shipping costs of € 2,90.
• For Europe including UK and Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €/GBP 5,90 up to a goods value of €/GBP 99,99.
• For the world-wide shipment we charge a flat rate of € 6,90 up to a goods value of € 149,99.
• World-wide shipment free of charge from a goods value of € 150,-- and over.

Despite the greatest possible care damage in transit might occur in the delivery. In this case we of course will replace the damaged articles free of charge. Please note the procedure below:
Damage in transit has to be complained about immediately to the supplier on receipt of the goods.  You then should inform
knopf-boutique.de of detected damage in transit. If you wish to return goods, please inform us by email first.

Partial deliveries

We shall be entitled to partial deliveries as far as this is not expecting too much of you. Additional shipping costs will arise only in case of express agreement.

Warranty

Warranty is in accordance with the statutory provisions – in case of a defect of the goods we first replace or repair at your option. If repair is unsuccessful or the goods in replacement are also defective, you may return the goods against refund of the total purchase price, or keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Information on
possible manufacturer’s guarantees can be seen from the product documentation.
