All prices are final prices including statutory value-added tax. Please refer to the product pages for further information.

Shipping charges

The items from our product range will normally be sent by mail. We will hire a shipping carrier for larger volumes and quantities.

Free shipping in Germany, Europe and Switzerland for orders with a merchandise value of 50 € or more.
In Germany, shipping charges are 3.90 € for merchandise values up to 24.99 € and 2.90 € for merchandise values from 25 € to 49.99 €.
In Europe and Switzerland, we invoice a flat charge of 5.90 € for merchandise values up to 49.99 €.
For shippings worldwide, we invoice a flat charge of 6.90 € for merchandise values up to 99.99 €.
Free shipping worldwide for orders with a merchandise value of 100 € or more.

In spite of all care, shipping damages may occur at times. In this case, we will certainly replace the damaged items free of charge. Please observe the following procedure: shipping damages must be claimed against the carrier immediately upon arrival of the goods. You then inform button-boutique.eu about the shipping damages discovered. If you want to return goods, please let us know in advance by e-mail.

Modes of payment:

1. Credit card
You can pay by credit card. button-boutique.eu accepts Visa Card, verified by Visa, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. After order completion you will be transferred to our payment provider Qenta, where you can authorise your payment to www.button-boutique.eu. Please enter your credit card data. Our provider wirecard AG records and saves your data and transfers them exclusively to the involved credit card issuer. button-boutique.eu strictly does not store your credit card data.

2. PayPal
You can securely pay via PayPal, our partner for direct and free online payments. PayPal can be used by anyone with a bank account or a credit card. After the completion of your order you will be transferred to PayPal. You can then authorize your payment to www.button-boutique.eu

3. Advance payment
You can also transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance. Please find hereafter our bank details, which will also be forwarded to you with the order confirmation:

Delivery times

The products are usually available for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within ten days of order receipt. Longer delivery times can be arranged at your request.

Partial deliveries

We are entitled to make partial deliveries, if this may be deemed acceptable for you. Additional shipping charges will only arise if expressly agreed.

Button sizes

The indication of size (shown in milimeters) corresponds to the diagonal of the longest side of the button. The indicated size i. e. of a foursquare button corresponds to the distance between the top left and the down right of the button (diagonal).

Warranty

Warranty is made in accordance with the statutory provisions. In the event of defective goods, we will first send a replacement or remedy the defect, according to your choice. Should the remedy fail or the replacement be defective too, you will be entitled either to return the goods in exchange for a refund of the full purchase price or to keep the goods and reduce the purchase price. Please refer to the product documentation for information on possible manufacturer warranties.
